Responsibilities

• Acting as a contact person between customer & internal team in liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processing of customer orders
• Coordinate between Sales and Production
• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Issue material requisition form
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Organizes and maintain reference files
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Order Processing / Internal Sales / Sales administration
• Candidate with Marine, Engineering and O&G industry sales background will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work within tight timelines
• A team player with good working attitude
• Computer knowledge in MS Office

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm)
