Responsibilities

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. Details as follow:-

• To setup/breakdown of conference spaces and virtual events to meet the customers event needs
• To perform preventative maintenance task to help maintain customer spaces
• To clean various AV equipment including but not limited to: camera lenses, monitors and equipment fans.
• To setup and troubleshoot various audio/video systems.
• To be responsible for job site documentation as needed
• To perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner
• To work with internal / external teams in a professional manner
• To provide training to client as needed
• To adhere to and understand local safety standards for all site duties
• Inventory Fleet management for all hardwares
• Other duties as and when assigned as needed

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in Audio Visual support
• Ability to handle power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
• Able to communicate and interact well with all levels including clients and working colleagues
• Computer Knowledge – MacOs, Windows & Linux
• Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control
