Mondays to Thursdays : 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm & Alternate Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12 noon

Responsibilities

Duties shall include but not limited to the followings:-

• Lead and manage the Finance Team in HQ office
• Oversee full financial functions of the Group
• Oversee the financials of HQ office and all the subsidiaries
• Responsible for Group Corporate Finance, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Operations, Strategic Planning etc.
• Responsible for the Group Consolidated Financial reports
• Review the Group budgets, forecasts and projections
• Assist in obtaining financing for major initiatives or acquisitions
• Assist in providing financial due-diligence for any merger and acquisition activities
• Review, establish and implement internal control procedures
• Key interface with external auditors and bankers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance preferably with CPA qualification or its equivalent
• Min 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability & confidence to motivate staff and lead a team

Alternate Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12 noon
