• Min ‘N/O’ Level or it's equivalent
• Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
• To coordinate with forwarders/agent/principal/charterer/master/owners
• To ensure smooth movements for the vessel
• Berthing/unberthing of vessel
• Timely reply to emails, 2 hour time frame for urgent enquiries, and same day reply for non urgent emails.  
• Ensure timely reply from ops and cs team on daily operations 
• Securing space and bookings from carriers 
• On time creation of B/Ls before cutoff timing & maintain current headcount  
• No unnecessary amendment fees/ penalty charges.  
• Performance review will be based on attitude, accuracy of shipping documents and various others  
• Liaising with customers and agents to arrange for sea and air shipments 
• Coordinating with customers for trucking  
• Checking for space with carriers and placing bookings on behalf of our agents/customers.  
• Checking for rates and quotation to agents  & suppliers
• Liaising with shippers/suppliers/agents to coordinate the smooth handling of shipments  
• Raising of invoice/ payment vouchers for the shipments.  
• Troubleshoot issues on daily ops for the team 
• Distribution of jobs between the ops team 
• Able to liaise in both English & Mandarin to their clients
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
