• Diploma or Degree in Marine / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of technical and managerial experience in either Marine and Offshore industries
• Good experience in rotating machinery; Diesel Engine, alternator and steering system
• Preferably to have sales experience for services
• Good technical knowledge on marine diesel engine in terms of its operation and maintenance aspect.
• Hands on maintenance, repair and overhaul of marine diesel engine is an added advantage
• Manage and lead both Technical and administrative teams for Service Department
• Formulate Planned Maintenance Schedule parts and service package to enhance service sales
• Responsible on the marketing strategies (parts & services synergy) for external service sales business
• Allocation of manpower to support Sales team in both defect rectification and commissioning.
• Budgeting and setting KPI for the department to align with Company goal / target
• Perform ‘hands-on’ approach both on site and in workshop, when necessary
• Approve Safety, Risk analysis and work procedures for maintenance work carried out both on-site and in workshop
• Responsible for the after sales and Service related enquires for the Company
• Responsible for managing XMH and its related overseas subsidiaries/dealers aftersales support and service sales.
• Responsible for service training of personnel in XMH and its related overseas subsidiaries/dealers.
