Responsibilities

Duties shall include but not limited to the followings:-

• Hardware and software application support, network infrastructure maintenance
• Troubleshot network related issues
• Participating IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
• Provide IT related helpdesk support
• Provide first level ERP system related support

Requirements

• Diploma in IT / Computer or its equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in hardware software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Active directory, DNS, VPN troubleshooting
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in desktop support
• Experienced in first level ERP system support
• Experienced in disaster recovery, Network security
• Good interpersonal skills

Alternate Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12 noon
