Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Service Engineers/Technicians for both equipment repair and onsite installation for Service Department.
• Conduct refurbishment of Semiconductor Equipment including but not limited to vacuum valves, pumps and etc
• Require to standby 24/7 for field service installation of Semiconductor Equipment at clients’ sites.
• Plan and schedule outstanding jobs for service technicians.
• Attend to technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved
• Prepare weekly reports to update Service Engineers/Technicians’ completed jobs and other issues pertaining to their performance
• Conduct yearly appraisals for all Service Engineers/Technicians
• Responsible for training of Service Engineers in the Service Department.
• Work closely with Operations and Sales Departments to achieve Company’s goals and objectives
• Other tasks deemed necessary by the Management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Technical /Managerial Experience in Semi-conductor industry.
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels, both internally and externally
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Preferably Possess Class 3 Licence
• Computer skill in Microsoft Office
