Responsibilities

• Preparing of project costing & site visiting
• Regular and timely follow-up with clients to support ‘Request-for-Tenders’ (RFT) or ‘Request for Proposals’ (RFP) issued by existing or prospective clients
• To manage & handle the 'Request for Tenders' (RFT) or 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) smoothly
• To coordinate with the relevant parties such as other departments in the company, sub-contractors or joint partners, in order to consolidate the tender submission.
• To warrant the completeness in the submission and put forward the best possible response which will demonstrate value-creation in the tender.
• To ensure all deadlines are met as well as managing the graphic design and visual presentation of both hard copy and digital version.
• Close follow-up and strong customer service attitude in handling commercial negotiation

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in Engineering – Oil/Gas or related industry
• Experience in project costing, quotations, RFI, Engineering, claims, procurement, clients & contractors’ liaison
• Able to meet project deadlines
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels, both internally and externally
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on 6 days work week
