    Jobs Description;
     

    1. Document All Calls and Actions Taken Into Company Centre-Systems 
    2. Respond to All Incoming Calls In An Efficient and Professional Manner Regarding the Customers’ Issues On Service Contracts Renewal / New Service Contracts On I.T. - In-House Security Systems Needs for  Homes and Businesses. 
    3. Work Towards KPIs set by Leader.
