YOUR ROLE;

• Understands Automotive Industry TECHNICAL TERMS SOPs.
• Assist Senior Service Manager / Workshop Manager In Implementing Policy and In Up Keeping
• Maintaining the Proper Running of the Our In-House SHOWROOM / CAR Service Centre.
• Support Warranty Admission In Ensuring completeness of Technical Support Documents
• Liaise with LTA and Government Body for All Vehicle Related Matters; Eg Tender, Homologation, Recall and Vehicle Particular Updates. 
• Prepare and Understand New CAR Model LAUNCHED ;
• Prepare NEW MODEL Readiness Kits. 
• Training - Sales & Aftersales -Tools - New Tools Require to Repair the Model.
