• Min Diploma holder or it’s equivalent 
• Relevant working experience in credit control would be an advantage
• Must be service oriented and results driven
• Manage and service all accounts and collections timely
• Follow up on all overdue accounts and payment status.
• Liaise with lawyers and external agencies on all cred it control-related matters
• To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Any other duties as and assigned
