Responsibilities

• To lead a project team and to oversee the entire process in project management
• To carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
• To coordinate & work closely with sub-contractors, client and consultants to ensure overall construction progress as according to project schedule
• To ensure quality, timely and smooth progress of works is achieved and government regulations are complied
• To handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction, or its equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing Plumbing, Sanitary & Sewerage project, or working experience in Construction industry
• Certificate in BCA Plumbing & Pipefitting an added advantage
• Risk Management with minimum Bizsafe Level 2 (preferably)
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organization skills & communication skills (spoken & written)
