Responsibilities

• Assist the department Manager(s) on project tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, project scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation preparation etc.
• Overseeing of project execution as directed by Department manager including

1. contract review (technical)
2. vendors selection
3. costs evaluation
4. liaison for internal resources and supports
5. replying to client technical queries
6. prepare technical clarifications
7. plan and supervise project schedule
8. project execution and implementation
9. plan and implementation of corrective actions
10. Factory Acceptance Tests and finalization of as built documentation etc.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of working preferable in fabrication environment
• Familiar with welding works, steel structure, winch, crane and zone rated added advantages
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks, MS Office software
• Strong communication skills (both spoken & written)
• Resourceful, independent and detail oriented

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
