Responsibilities

• Hardware and software application support, network / server infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint.
• NAS backup and Acronis cloud backup
• Troubleshot network / servers / security related issues
• Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
• Assist in IT related audit

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in servers’ maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing and failover.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in servers and security related support
• Experienced in Disaster recovery (DRP), Business continuity (BCP), server and network security.
• Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database.
• Team Viewer Remote Support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking end users
• Experienced in first level ERP system support if any

Working location : Pandan Road

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT (2 ways)
