Responsibilities

• Hardware and software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure-AD
• Omada (TP-Link) Wifi AP administration
• Troubleshot network related issues
• Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
• Provide IT related helpdesk support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in hardware software application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Active directory, DNS, VPN troubleshooting, Azure-AD, Office 365,
• OneDrive configuration and SharePoint administration
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in desktop support
• Experienced in disaster recovery, Network security
• Team Viewer Remote PC Support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking end users
• Experienced in first level ERP system support if any

Working location : Pandan Road

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT (2 ways)
