Responsibilities

• To oversee the entire process in project management
• To carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
• To work and coordinate with sub-contractors, client and consultants to ensure overall construction progress as scheduled
• Ensure quality, timely and smooth progress of works is achieved and government regulations are complied
• To handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Building Construction, or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing Plumbing and Sanitary Project
• Certificate in BCA Plumbing & Pipefitting an added advantage
• Risk Management with minimum Bizsafe Level 2 (preferably)
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organization skills & communication skills (spoken & written)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
