• Bachelor's degree or higher in petroleum engineering, geology, business, or a related field
• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal requirements. 
• Source potential deals in SEA / Middle East
• Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields
• Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.Asset assessment and risk analysis
• Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.
