Responsibilities

• To manage and supervise the day-to-day work of the projects at site
• To establish daily and monthly schedule for the project
• To coordinate & monitor project progression, handle progress reports & inspection reports, etc
• To report daily works and taking off quantities for Tender and Quotation
• To call materials suppliers for quotations
• To prepare documents for project submission
• To prepare cost estimation and budgeting of project
• To make arrangement to prepare for the shop drawings submission.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably M&E services dealing with HVAC / ACMV / Aircon system with relevant project management experience
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, HVAC design principles, and Singapore construction industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software & project management tools
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
