PROJECT COORDINAOR

 1. To coordinate with site representative on all projects as well as site operations.

 2. To prepare and verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.

3. Follw-up progress on sale requisite form, delivery note and good receipts.

4. To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on the contractual works.

5. Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of goods/stocks.

6. To collect payments from customer for orders which are Cash-on-Delivery.

7. Basic housekeeping at the end of the day at the warehouse.

8. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
