Responsibilities

• Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio-visual technical request.
• Support daily AV operations and business.
• Station at client site for day-to-day support as backfill for daily audio-visual operation and event support.
• Assist on setup, trouble-shooting and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
• Compile and analyse weekly report, incident reports, service report submission.
• Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office and client site.
• May require to travel to other project sites as and when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent 
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in operations or project support, video conferencing and/or onsite support audio-visual support
• Able to interact well with all levels including clients and working colleagues
• Good communication skills (both spoken & written)
