• Min ITE/ 'O/A' level or higher
• Min 1-2 years of related working experience
• Preferably bilingual in order to liaise with their Chinese speaking customers.
• Answer phone calls, preparing D/O & follow up with  shipments
• To check packing list and monitor in & out shipments
• To liaise with storekeepers, do packing & shipping marks. 
• Must be meticulous and eye for details
• To bargain & negotiate with best prices from forwarder, DHL, etc. 
• Must be a responsible, reliable person with positive attitude and willing to learn
• Prepare acknowledgement of customers orders
• Preparation of customer's quotation
• Prepare other duties as and when assigned.
