Responsibilities

• Responsible for counting physical inventory on site (including outlets and warehouses)
• Reconciling online data with the physical counts and to maintain Navision that involves all cost related stock adjustments
• Daily perform of processing on inventory transactions
• Data entry for AP invoices trade, non-trade and staff claims related
• Other ad-hoc administrative supports as and when assigned by superior 

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in simple Accounting /Accounts Payable / Inventory / Data entry experience 
• Willingness to travel within Singapore for stock take at outlets
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadline condition
• Team player & fast worker who is willing to learn
• Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
