Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full set of accounts
• Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
• Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting, intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Assist with year-end statutory audit and preparation of audited reports
• Knowledge of IR8A & IR21 submission
• Responsible for GST submission
• Prepare and submit statistic returns to relevant government bodies
• Liaise with banks and authorities
• Liaise with company secretary, external auditor and tax agent
• Review financial reports submitted by branch office
• Submission of claims for Government Grants
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Possess an analytical mind and good in problem solving
• Meticulous & responsible individual with a positive working attitude
• A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Familiar with Navision system & experience in accounting system migration will be an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Working location – Jalan Pemimpin (walking distance from Marymount / Bishan MRT station)
