  • Responsibilities

    To generate corporate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing business and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base. Details as follow:-

     

    • To identify sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to the management
    • To analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
    • To follow up on leads of client inquiry promptly
    • To develop strategic comprehensive business plan
    • To work with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
    • To meet or exceed monthly GP quota
    • To develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand existing client base and generate new business to meet established quota
    • To attend and participate in weekly office sales meetings
    • To design and implement focused prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and use of social media campaigns, to increase sales and expand our customer base in the designated territory
    • To establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
    • To represent company at technological briefings and trade shows as assigned
    • To participate in the training and professional development activities
    • Other duties assigned as needed

     

    Requirement

    • Min Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Admin / Management, or its equivalent
    • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the AV / VTC / Telecommunications /System Integrators /Technology industries preferred
    • Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end users/ customers
    • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
    • To work independently and to ensure of meeting deadlines
    • To maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Professional communication and interaction skills
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
