Responsibilities:

• Handles local and overseas customer enquiries and orders, mainly via emails 
• Coordinate with intercompany and suppliers for shipments arrangement  
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoice and order confirmation. 
• Update order in company's in-house system
• Other sales related tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O’ Level
• Confident and independent in multi-tasking
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales coordinator role
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
