Responsibilities

• Assist QS in taking tender BQ (ACMV)
• Request quotation from supplier
• Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.
• Online tender submission.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / M&E services / ACMV would be an added advantage
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
• Computer skills in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
