• Min “N/O/A” level or it’s equivalent
• Min 1-2 years of related experience
• Issue Purchase Order using internal system software,
• Sourcing for freight quotations and decide mode of transport,
• Obtain delivery date from factory and delivery date from factory,
• To co-ordinate with overseas suppliers and effect shipments with forwarders for shipment arrival,
• To arrange for transshipment and export shipments,
• To prepare monthly sales reports and adhoc reports as and when required,
• To maintain databases(retailers, potential customers, etc) of the company,
• To liaise with corporate client for bulk orders,
• To attend to sales enquiries via email and phone calls, etc.
