Job Description
- Lead and manage the Customer Service department.
- Provide good customer service, handling incoming telephone call, customers inquiry and quotation/tenders.
- Order processing, ensure timely delivery, prepare documentation for delivery and invoicing.
- Liaise with customers, sales team, logistics company and production personnel on delivery and documentation issues.
- Resolve customer service issues, supervise team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Maintain, file and update customers’ record and price list, ensuring company database is updated.
- Preparation weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage customer or company vendor registration.
- Handling reception and administration activities such as filing, stationery, office supplies, equipment etc.
- Manage office filing system including quotations, tenders and company documentation.
Job Requirements- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec or Diploma.
- Proficient in MSOffice (e.g. Word and Excel)
- At least 2-4 years of customer service experience.
