Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all e-Commerce activities as well as growing online sales on our e-store and online marketplaces in Singapore.

• Active management of e-commerce store, e-marketplaces and other online assets
• Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online stores
• Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales
• Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
• Work closely with the Retail Manager on inventory management
• Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates
• Bring innovation forward on new products and processes
• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Digital / E-Commerce, or its equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Working knowledge of HTML and Web Content Management System would be of added advantage
