Responsibilities

To promote company’s main engineering plastics in ASEAN region, Southern Asia and Australasia. To develop market share, sustain profitability and maintain a good relationship with customers. Details as follow : -

• To answer internal and customer queries on status of orders, discrepancies, and determines the corrective action to be taken.
• To follow up and consolidate with traders on customers forecast before submitting the reports to the respective compounders  
• To prepare sales analysis reports for Management as required.
• To develop and maintain a professional relationship with our valued customers.
• To build good relationship between Inter-Department and company’s respective compounders.
• To conclude customers’ orders & handle feedback
• To handle inquiries, establish, maintain, and expand customer lists.
• To liaise with the Logistics Personnel in arranging for internal sales logistics.
• To liaise with the Technical Support Personnel to get and gain more product knowledge.
• To maintain & increase new business opportunity.
• To support business associates (Sales and Logistics) with timely forecast to company’s respective compounders
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
• Preferably with experience in Polymer or Trading
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to relate well at all levels
• Proficient in English & Japanese language to liaise with Japan HQ counter parts & Japanese speaking clients
• Good understanding about trade / industry Compliance
• Required to travel within South East Asia regions
