Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assist Project Manager in project planning, executing and coordinating of the technical and site activities of projects
• Perform engineering calculations of mechanical aspects to support design work
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for equipment and pipelines
• Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
• Ensure achievement of high safety and quality standards for site construction activities.
• Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
• Liaising and coordinating with the relevant parties involved in the projects, such as consultant, main contractors, government agencies & authorities, on their engineering request
• Monitor and coordinate of foreman and subcontractors at site
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in water and wastewater treatment area
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (2D), & familiar with 3D design will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and manager at all levels
