We are looking for candidates who have experienced with Channel Management. It is a process where the company develops various marketing techniques as well as sales strategies to reach the widest possible customer base.
- BS/BA degree or equivalentc
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Product knowledge related to medical device
- Territory Management
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Monitiors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and etc.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks.
- Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitve developments
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedules
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback.
