Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination and oversee all architectural finishes works on site
• To supervise day to day operation of project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings.
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To carry out inspections when required (according to ISO requirements) for works in progress, installations and deliveries to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Building Engineering/Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
