Responsibilities

Duties shall include but not limited to the followings:

• As a Service Advisor to customers on the recommendation of repair for winches.
• Provide Service Report and Quotation of the repair
• Handling of all warranty claims.
• Coordinating of all incoming and outgoing product for service and repair.
• Monitoring of inventory level for Part sales, repair and service
• Engaging in daily deployment of the service technician
• Monitoring and proposing of trainings for Technicians
• Conducting of FAT with customer and Principal.
• Monitoring the progress of offsite commissioning work.
• Advising Finance department on the billings.
• Preparing of final documentation for Project.
• To be able to travel when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marine Engineering / Oil & Gas or its equivalent
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience working in similar/related industry
• Knowledge in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project), etc

Mondays to Fridays : 8:30 am to 5.30 pm, or 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12.00 noon

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point @ Jurong Point (2 ways)
