• Min 2 years of working experience in related field
• Experience in ERP system and in SAP is an added advantage
• At least ITE certification or it's equivalent
• Must be a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be meticulous and eye for details
• Positive attitude and keen to learn
• Manage, process & follow-up customers’ orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparation of customer quotation
• Perform export packing list and ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with all necessary documents as per schedule
• Fulfillment of orders using WMS System
• Ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor
