Responsibilities

• Carry out daily site operations and supervise site workers
• Supervise the progression of projects and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
• To perform daily site safety inspections and ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and environment.
• Liaise with the relevant parties such as Consultants, Sub-contractors, etc
• To participate in meetings when required
• Other ad-hoc duties and tasks as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction
• Preferably with experience in A&A works for residential, institution and commercial developments.
• Ability to communicate in English with all relevant parties (spoken & written)
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
