Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) & Alternate Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)

N-Level

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of shipping documentations (import/export documents, B/L, etc)
• Make booking with carriers, transporters, etc
• Liaise with clients on shipments issues
• To bill/invoice clients accordingly
• Data entry on shipping information into system for accounting purposes
• Other administrative duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ Level /NITEC or its equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding company
• Able to handle full set of Import/Export documents
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding company
• A committed individual who possesses initiative and meticulous in work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
