Responsibilities

• Managing the contracts through tendering, procurement, negotiation and project delivery
• Responsible and overseeing projects tendering/tendered projects
• Review subcontractor claims, materials on site and claim
• Project budgeting and costing reports
• Able to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Building or related discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
