Job Description/ Requirement

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the efficient operation of machines in the production of parts to required quantity / quality and specification on mass production.
To adjust and set up allocated machine when required
To check the raw materials/parts prior to loading.
To load and unload materials / parts into the machine in proper manner for machining.
To operate the allocated machines so as to ensure their optimal use in the production of parts to required quantity and specification.
To check the parts so produced are of required specification by using measuring instruments.
To ensure maximum machinery efficiency by adjustments or minor repairs to minimise production of outsized parts.
To change/re-sharpen tooling parts or cutter of machine where necessary.
To maintain records such as job tickets, machine daily operation chart, etc.
To separate rejects from lots produced by process assigned.
To rework reject lots as assigned by immediate Superior/Supervisor.
To clean machine and maintain good housekeeping and safety precaution of own area of work.
To carry out any other duties as and when assigned

Requirement

NITEC/Higher NITEC in any Engineering, or its equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Candidates with relevant qualifications but without relevant working experience are welcome to apply
Training will be provided for those without experience but are willing to learn
Willingness to work Gul, Jurong area

Shift A : 7 am to 3 pm
Shift B : 3 pm to 11 pm (shift allowance $8/day)
Shift C : 11 pm to 7 pm (shift allowance $14/day)
