Job Description

 Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, coordinate activities

 Close monitoring of construction work activities

 Study project specifications such as civil/structural, architectural and M&E drawings

 Prepare daily/weekly/month site report

 Maintain safe and clean working environment and ensure compliances according to standard rules and regulations

 Liaise with both internal and external parties for efficiency.

 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement

 Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field recognised by PE Board.

 Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar capacity

 A team player with good communication skills
