• Min 3 years of relevant experience in HR functions
• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Must be Bilingual with good communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform the full spectrum of HR duties independently
• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
• Proactive and possess a positive learning attitude
• Lead the HR function as the main contributor, this includes managing operational and HR policy work
• Work with Management to set up, administration and developing policies and procedures such as:
• Payroll matters
• Compensation and Benefits
• Employee lifecycle, including employee handbook creation, employee engagement
• Employee skills and training development
• Support Heads of business on talent management and recruitment
• Perform ad hoc HR projects and company activities.
