  • Responsibilities

    To plan and implement digital marketing strategies for different business units and corporate campaigns. Responsible for the testing, implementing and optimizing online marketing investments and initiatives for SEM, SEO, display/ retargeting, email and SNS programs. Details as follows:-

     

    Company’s Website Management

    • Develop consistent look and feel for the site
    • Ensure timely update of the product information and promotion activities in alignment to product launch, events etc
    • Analyze web trends, identify draws to the website and how to retain visitors on time spend on site and acquire quality sign up
    • Create copy text to enhance SEO and define keywords and Increase brand & product presence & visibility & excellent ranking on search engines
    • Handle reporting of web analytics to HQ
    • Analyze website traffic and generate insights for Business Units when required via internal dashboard (Tableau)
    • Manage the efficacy of process involving the internal stakeholders, digital agency, company’s CNS and global appointed web agency for website management

     

    Online Campaigns

    • Manage development of creative copy, interactive and rich banners so as to capture user attention (brand awareness)
    • Landing page – re-adaptation / localize content from HQ
    • Develop and implement online campaigns across company’s digital platforms including website, SNS, viral, Paid Media and collaboration with retailers/ third party vendor for seamless online and offline integration
    • Plan, manage and optimize digital media investment to achieve targeted KPIs

     

    SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

    • Web search optimization - to appear as the top few searched results and increase product and brand visibility on search engines
    • Ensure that there is brand presence in the online space and excellent ranking in returned search result Explore mediums to improve rankings Google SEM campaign - to change the keywords and ad text accordingly to product campaign and ramp up SEM before SEO takes into effect
    • Continuous efforts to refine the keyword list and optimize the performance and improve positioning
    • Management of SEM content creation and oversee the key metrics including CTR, CPC, Page views, Impressions
    • Ensure SEM Tracking is in place via Adobe Analytics UTM Parameters

     

    Social Media

    • Analysing and Reporting of Social Media Channel (SNS) engagement & engagement rate

     

    CRM

    • To foster better engagement with company’s customers through a long-term CRM program, send out regular eDM (new products launch information) to All valued customers
    • To send out dedicated EDM and help each BU in rolling out customer engagement programs
    • Effort to retain customers and engage them through the product life cycle
    • To optimize results with targeted segments, having higher EDM open rate and CTR for better call to action

     

    Retailers’ websites (Online Store Management)

    • Propose differentiated online activities according to retailer's marketing calendar
    • Manage the efficacy of process involving the retailers’ stakeholders and digital agency for Flixmedia integration to improve touch points for improved sales opportunity.
    • Report, analyse and provide insights on products’ performance on various retailer website via internal dashboard (Tableau) with reference to HQ’s scoring guide

     

    Others

    • Support any corporate activities (Branding OOH) or events to ensure that it runs and operate smoothly

     

    Requirements

    • Min Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or its equivalent
    • At least 3 years Marketing experience preferably in Digital marketing
    • Experience in both ‘Consumer’ and ‘Retail’ marketing is preferred, ideally specific to the White Goods or Consumer Electronics Sector
    • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
    • Pro-active and able to work within tight deadline in a fast pace environment
    • A team player with positive working attitude, and demonstrates keen learning
    • Hands-on skills in Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator would be an added advantage
