Responsibilities

To ensure accurate order management and timely order fulfillment for export shipment. Details as follows :-

 

Order Fulfillment / Export

• Process export documentation for cross trade transaction in required lead time
• Maintain SO /PO accuracy and opening on timely basis
• Arrange DA contract documents
• Coordination with Demand planning and export sales team for order execution
• Coordination with Factory for shipping documents
• Prepare all necessary LC documentation for timely submission
• Submit LC / DA contract required original document to AR team
• Filing export documentations
• Coordinate with Logistics team for local export
• Export sales closing for month end.

 

Others

• Price register request
• Credit hold / Overdue hold / Back order hold Release request
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant job experience
• Experience in export shipment
• Experience in order management and fulfillment
• Able to work independently and effectively with various level of people
• Strong in planning, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• A fast learner and a team player with the ability to work under pressure
