Experience in various products: networking product, IPBX

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical or Computer Science
• Excellent communication skills. Sensitive to customer needs and good record in maintaining high SLA rating
• Must have  knowledge in IP, Internet, networking equipment
• Experience in Telecommunications related technologies and services such as wireless, 3G, VoiP, ISDN will be advantageous.
• Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and resolve the problems about (Mitel/Ibratro) product portfolios
• Testing of new products and releases (both HW and SW)
• Providing technical support either remotely or on-site
• Design, build and manage the deployment of Mitel Solutions
• Support existing partners with technical support, training and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for integration testing and deployment.
