Position: Site Project Executive (commercial interior design projects)
Remuneration: Basic salary + allowance +AWS

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Liaise and coordinate daily activities of contractors and sub-con
- Coordination of work/delivery with suppliers
- Handling and ordering of materials
- Supervising site workers
- Solve site technical issues
- Attend progress and technical meeting
- Assist in the submission of shop drawing
- Assist in project schedules and master program
- Conduct of quality control and safety assessment
- Monitor project cost and performance through close supervision.
- Ensure timely response to consultants and architects/designers
Higher Nitec/ Diploma in architecture/ M+E/ Interior Design related field
Those with F&B (Restaurant/ Kitchens) ID experience will be an added advantage
Applicants with Diploma in Quantity Surveying is welcome to apply
Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in commercial ID
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Supervisory role with good leadership
Fluent in English (Written/ Spoken) to communicate with corporate clients
