HR/Admin Executive/Manager (FMCG)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Human Resource
- Review, Design, Develop and implement HR and Admin Policies and Procedures
- Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plans and system for Human Resource & Administration Department
- Ensure HR Policies comply with current Employment Act and government regulations
- Handle full spectrum of HR – recruitment, applications of passes, onboarding and off boarding
- Develop and administer department budget and monitor expenditures
- Assist in setting of KPIs with HODs
- Review, Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal System
- Responsible for overall manpower planning and recruitment of employees
- Responsible for all staff payroll administration function such as tax returns, CPF contributions etc (subject to MD’s discretion)
- Identify training needs of employees, develop and manage employee training program and recommend improvement in program structure and activities
- Administer welfare matters and organizing staff activities
- Conduct employees counselling, handing employee grievances and disciplinary problems
- Oversee the collation/update of Standard Operation Procedures, Job Description, Employee Handbook & ISO matters
Administrative
- Provide secretarial support to MD
- Responsible for all office equipment maintenance contracts & insurances
- Control & purchase office stationery supplies
- Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director from time to time
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Studies or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Computer Literate, payroll knowledge
- 5 day work week – 8.30am to 6pm (Transport pick-up from Jurong East MRT)
- Salary range depending on qualification and experience
