Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage all aspects of the different ECommerce platforms including planning, content management, product listing, promotional campaigns, customer service, optimization, maintenance of company’s Official Store in Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.
- To drive sales and execute E-Commerce strategy for company range of Consumer Electronics product through understanding online consumer profiles and purchase behaviour
Details as follows:-
Online Store Management
- Lead and implement the E-Commerce strategy in partnership with the sales & marketing teams to maximize sales through all the relevant eCommerce channels in Singapore (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.)
- Manage product listing, price points and inventory level, etc. for ECommerce stores
- Take charge of the E-commerce stores and work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to execute strategies and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.
Planning & Execution
- Create, plan and execute digital marketing plans for campaign launches, collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of actions for successful execution and to maximize revenue and profit.
- Develop and execute online (eg. social media campaign, ecommerce, etc.) marketing strategies
- Track and evaluate performance of marketing strategies, produce insights and propose improvement and development plans
Performance
- Manage budget, operational cost and agency / partner investments for all eCommerce related activity.
- Analyze, interpret, report and act on data to discover insights to ensure effective business decisions.
- Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
- Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree holder preferably 5 years in Sales / Marketing / Digital / eCommerce role within the FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Online stores in marketplaces such as, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon or other relevant marketplaces
- Working knowledge of E-Commerce business model (from demand generation to distribution) is required
- Knowledge of Retail Sales, Brand Management or Shopper Marketing
- An understanding of Consumer/Shopper, using analytical skills and insights
- Strong analytical and data mining skills
- Attention to detail and project oriented
- Performance-oriented, collaborative and good in communications
- Responsible, hands-on team player, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency
