  • Responsibilities

    To management Account Sales (sell in & sell out) to meet sales target. Details as follows:-

     

    Account & Sales Management

    • Plan yearly / quarterly / monthly Sales and Budget for Marketing
    • Ensure sales target is met through account management, Project management
    • Prepare and conduct Quarterly Top management meeting with overseas customers
    • Monthly conference meeting with channels on Sales / Marketing / and other issues (shipment, quality, SVC, etc)
    • Business Opportunity development

     

    Reporting

    • Ensure weekly project backlog delivery planning and on-going pipeline
    • Weekly Most Likely Sales Forecast
    • Monthly / Quarterly Marketing / Promotion Plan
    • Monthly HQ / RHQ Business Review Report
    • Other ad-hoc reports required by management

     

    Budget Management

    • Monthly marketing Budget and Sales program budget management

     

    Others

    • Risk Management
    • Export Team Performance Management such as sales and pipeline target

     

    Responsibilities

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or its equivalent
    • At least 3 years of experience in Sales preferably in Export market
    • Previous experience in air-con products is required
    • Good proven track of Sales
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
    • Able to travel overseas frequently
