Responsibilities
Responsible to oversee the overall forecasting, purchasing, shipment and channel Purchase Sales & Inventory(PSI) operations. To provide all the analysis in order to manage S&OP well and follow up with sales & marketing team to ensure that proper procedures for planning are being applied in the subsidiary. Details as follows:-
Demand Planning & Analysis
- To develop weekly/monthly PSI analysis report
- To communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales & inventory status
- To analyze sales forecast and delivery plan using PSI Management System (GSCP, GDMI)
- Be aware of Product Road Map (PRM) and keep track of EOL / NPI sales & inventory status
Inventory Management
- Monitor shipment and shortage for respective product daily basis in order to reduce supply issue
- Monitor and manage Aging inventory and DIO(Days of Outstanding) weekly basis to optimize inventory level
- Analyze estimation of month-end Aging inventory level and make an action plan with sales team to manage under target level.
Coordinate S&OP Meeting
- Collect forecast and pending issues from Sales & Marketing and verify to discuss during the meeting
- Update and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecasting
Export Order Management
- Collect customer Order FCST in Emerging market (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and so on) and update demand in the system (GDMI)
- Get Shipment confirmation for customer confirmed order and issue Purchase order to Factory considering delivery lead time
- Monitoring shipment schedule vs request shipment date and update respective information to the Export sales team
- Handling of Export order/ shipment process
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in SCM, Inventory Planning or Order Management
- Excellent analytical & planning skills
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Korean language skills (Optional)
- Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- A fast learner and a team player who is able to work under pressure
