Manufacturing Engineer
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the production of high-quality products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and utilizing various engineering principles and tools to achieve manufacturing objectives.
Job Description:
• Responsible for Setting up, Testing & Commissioning of Industrial Robotic/ Advanced automated machinery
• Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support during assembly and final testing on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve manufacturing goals.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to minimize downtime and defects.
• Work closely with technicians on machine assembly & Engineering department for design improvements & BOM. • Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure that products are designed for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Comprehend both 2D and 3D engineering drawings, manage and revise of BOM.
• Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation
• Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and grow his/her machine related technical abilities. Able to work under pressure.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and ability to interface with all levels of people.5 Days work work at the west region.
